Delivery Location

NM Packaging Supplies currently provides delivery nationwide in Australia. Our delivery option currently allows delivering the products to an Australian Street address. Our delivery system might not allow delivering the products to any Australian Post box.

Where do we ship from

Our warehouse/s is located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. After processing the order, the order will be picked up from our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland. We ship to all parts of Australia.

Delivery Option

After dispatching the order, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. Delivery delays occasionally occur and are beyond our control. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances are out of our control and may impact delivery time.

Order processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Order received before our shipping cut-off time of 12.50 pm Brisbane time GMT+10, the order will be shipped on the same day (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders received after our shipping cut-off time, the order will be shipping the following day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays, the order will be shipped on the next business day.

If any product is not available, the customer will be contacted by our customer service department via email or phone call for a replacement or backorder option. If our customer service department is unable to contact the customer within 24 hours, the order with the available item will be shipped the next business day. The out-of-stock products will be sent as back order. Back orders will be sent as soon as they are available in our warehouse. We may take a couple of days extra if the order is too big or bulky. The customer will be notified via email or phone call.

Shipment confirmation

The customer will receive a shipment confirmation email with an order tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Tracking Orders

The orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If any order has not arrived within the considered time frame, the customer should contact our customer service team at info@nmpackagingsupplies.com.au for further assistance with tracking.

Shipping Cost

The estimated shipping cost for the order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once the actual shipping cost is calculated, your order will be processed.
