Return & Refund

We would like you to love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind to return the product due to the wrong order, made an error while ordering online, or simply you just want to return the product, you can return the item by visiting our office located in Brisbane or emailing us at info@nmpackagingsupplies.com.au.

Change of Mind

• The return will be processed if the notice of return is made within 30 days of purchase.
• The proof of purchase is provided at a satisfactory level.
• The packaged item has to be in saleable condition, and must not be opened, worn, or used.
• The purchaser is responsible to pay the shipping cost of the return to our warehouse.
• Shipping costs at the time of purchase are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or wrong item

We always make sure that we handle and pack your order with love and the greatest care. But if you received a wrong item or damaged item on arrival, please notify us immediately by emailing us at info@nmpackagingsupplies.com.au with some images which will help us to assess the problem and to discuss of replacement of goods.

Items cannot be returned

Hazardous materials like chemical, and flammable liquids; perishable goods like food items; customized items; personal care products such as gloves, hairnet.

Stock clearance and discounted products

Special discount sales, closeouts, and stock clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged without regular-priced products.

Refund

After assessing the return, our customer service team will notify you whether or not your return is approved. Once the return is approved, the refund will be made on your same payment method at the time of your purchase. You will also automatically receive an email with a credit note. Please note, the refund may take some time to appear on your bank account or credit card transaction history. Please contact our customer service team at info@nmpackagingsupplies.com.au if you have not received your refund within a considered time frame.
